§ 121-1504. Foreign related limited liability partnership. Any foreign related limited liability partnership that has filed a certificate of authority under and satisfied all the requirements of § 802 of the limited liability company law shall be deemed to have filed a notice pursuant to section 121-1502 of this chapter until the fifth anniversary of filing its application for such certificate of authority, at which time the foreign related limited liability partnership shall file a notice pursuant to section 121-1502 of this chapter.
