§ 1831. Authority subject to certain other provisions of law. Nothing contained in any provision of this title shall be construed to relieve the authority of the obligation on its part to comply with the provisions of Article 9 of the public authorities law in force on the effective date of this title.
Terms Used In N.Y. Public Authorities Law 1831
- Authority: shall mean the New York job development authority created by subdivision one of section eighteen hundred two of this title. See N.Y. Public Authorities Law 1801
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
