N.Y. Public Authorities Law 3164 – Continuance of rules and regulations
§ 3164. Continuance of rules and regulations. Upon the transfer pursuant to section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title of the functions and powers possessed by and all the obligations and duties of the New York state office of science, technology and academic research as established pursuant to Article 10-B of the executive law transfer to the foundation as prescribed by section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title, all rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the New York state office of science, technology and academic research, pertaining to the functions transferred and assigned by this title to the foundation in force at the time of such transfer, assignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in force and effect as rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the foundation until duly modified or repealed.
