§ 1350. Food places; powers of the commissioner. 1. The commissioner shall have full power and authority to inspect and supervise all public places in this state in which food is prepared, sold or served.
2. The commissioner may appoint and designate, from time to time, persons to make the inspections authorized by this section and section thirteen hundred fifty-one, of this chapter.
