§ 2230. Tuberculosis; violations and penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections two thousand two hundred twenty to two thousand two hundred twenty-six, inclusive, of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject, except as in this article otherwise provided, to a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars.
