* § 4653. Continuing care retirement community council; powers and duties. For the purposes of this article, the council shall have all the powers and duties delegated to its members pursuant to section forty-six hundred two of this chapter; provided, however, that any references in such section to provisions of article forty-six of this chapter shall be deemed to be references to the corresponding provisions of this article.

Terms Used In N.Y. Public Health Law 4653

  • Community: shall mean a fee-for-service continuing care retirement community established pursuant to this article. See N.Y. Public Health Law 4651
  • Council: shall mean the continuing care retirement community council, established pursuant to section forty-six hundred two of this chapter. See N.Y. Public Health Law 4651
