§ 830. Review of final determinations of commissioner relating to county equalization rates. A final determination of the commissioner relating to county equalization rates established pursuant to this title may be reviewed by the supreme court in the manner provided by Article 78 of the civil practice law and rules upon application of an affected city or town. The issue in such a proceeding shall be that described in subdivision four of § 7803 of the civil practice law and rules.
