§ 8-806 Review. The conviction of any member of such police force or department shall be subject to review by the supreme court in the judicial district in which such village is located, in the manner provided by Article 78 of the civil practice law and rules on the ground that said conviction is illegal provided the proceeding is commenced within sixty days after the conviction.
