Each pharmacist member of the Board of Pharmacy shall at the time of appointment:
(a) be a resident of Guam for not less than two (2) years; (b) be currently licensed and in good standing to engage
in the practice of pharmacy in Guam;

(c) be actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy in
Guam; and

(d) have two (2) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy in Guam after licensure.
