CH. 21 SANITATION

As often as may be deemed necessary and, at least once every three (3) months, the Director shall inspect every establishment or activity subject to this Chapter. The date of each inspection shall be noted on the permit. The person in charge shall upon request permit access to all parts of the estab- lishment and shall permit examination and copying of any or all records and persons employed.
