CH. 39 WASTEWATER AND TOILETS

Whenever the Director determines that an individual wastewater disposal system is overflowing to the extent that it is creating a hazard to the health of others, and the owner has not taken corrective action as required in
§ 38104, the Director may request the agency supplying water to this building to discontinue water service until such time as action has been taken to eliminate this health hazard.
