Terms Used In 10 Guam Code Ann. § 68101

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
All application for bonuses authorized by this Article must be made to the Office of Veterans Affairs on or before December 31, 1986. Each applicant shall furnish to the Office of Veterans Affairs evidence of his eligibility for a veterans bonus. Eligibility may be evidenced by authenticated copies of records of certificates issued by the Department of Defense, U.S. Military Service Department or any other authorized agency having such evidence in its possession.
