In honor of the Guam Combat Patrol, which has received inadequate recognition from the United States Government, and little prior recognition from the government of Guam, they are hereby authorized to be paid to each veteran of the Guam Combat Patrol, or his survivor or survivors, bonuses in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
