In honor of the Wake Island Workers who have received inadequate recognition from the United States Government, and little prior recognition from the government of Guam, there are hereby authorized to be paid to each of the Wake Island Workers, or his survivor or survivors, bonuses in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).
