- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
The Commission shall consider, when agreed upon by the complainant, the Commission, the Department and the subject employee, mutually agreeable resolution of any complaint in all cases except those involving the death or deaths of an individual or individuals.
