The Director of Public Health and Social Services shall adopt rules and regulations to implement the health provisions of this section, which
includes, but is not limited to, defining a Amedically necessary@ decision for
shortening minimum coverage, and home visit requirements, within six (6)
months upon enactment of this Act.
