e Commissioner may revoke or suspend any license issued pursuant to this Article, if, after a hearing held pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Act, he finds that:
(a) The licensee has violated any provision of this Article or any rule or regulations adopted by the Commissioner; or
(a) The licensee has violated any provision of this Article or any rule or regulations adopted by the Commissioner; or
(b) Any fact or condition exists which, if it had existed at the time of the original application for such license, would be grounds for denying an application for a license under § 109105; or
(c) The licensee is conducting its business in an unsafe manner;
or
(d) The licensee has failed to obey a final order issued by the
Commissioner.
