enever the Commissioner shall demand possession of the property business and assets of any association, pursuant to §124105 or § 141107 of this Act, the refusal of any officer, agent, employee or director
of such association to comply with such demand shall constitute a petty misdemeanor, and if such demand be not complied with within twenty- four (24) hours after service, the Commissioner may call to his assistance the Director of Public Safety, by written demand under his hand and official seal, whereupon it shall become the duty of such official to enforce the demand of the Commissioner.
