) Any petroleum product which is in a liquid state under conditions of seven hundred sixty (760) millimeters of Hg at sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit shall be measured in terms of the U.S. petroleum gallon; its multiple or decimal submultiples.
(b) Any petroleum product which is in a vapor state under condition of 258.575 or less of Hg at sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit shall be measured in terms of cubic feet or in terms of U.S. petroleum gallons, their multiples or decimal submultiples.
(c) The standards as published by the American Society for Testing and Materials (‘ASTM’) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (‘SAE’), and the Guam standard petroleum measurement tables are hereby adopted for the measurement of petroleum products.
