There is hereby created a Liquid Fuel Monitoring Unit within the Examination Branch of the Department of Revenue and Taxation. Such Unit shall be staffed by a Revenue Agent II, one Tax Auditor II, and three Tax Technicians II. These positions shall be in addition to positions already contained within the budget of
the Department of Revenue and Taxation for the Tax Enforcement
Division.
