A licensee shall not give, directly or indirectly, any premiums or gifts with the sale of any alcoholic beverages; provided, however, that on-sale and off-sale licensees may give premiums or promotional gifts in connection with the sale of
alcoholic beverages, subject to any limitations that may be imposed on such gifts by regulation adopted by the Board.
