The terms used in this Article shall have the same meaning as set forth in 5 Guam Code Ann. § 70401 [GC §47410], as it may from time to time be amended.

§ 76502. [Foreign] Traders Exempted from Division.

Any Trader engaged solely in the Trade shall be exempt from the provisions of this Division so long as the provisions of § 76503 of this Division are complied with.
