) Any executor who removes from and resides without Guam shall file in the proceedings relating to the estate of the decedent an original statement signed and acknowledged by such executor, setting forth his permanent address without Guam; and if such permanent address be changed, such executor shall forthwith file in a like manner an original statement of such change of address.
(b) Failure by an executor to comply with the provisions of subsection (a) of this Section shall be cause for the revocation of his letters.
