en an order is made for the payment of creditors, the personal representative is personally liable to each creditor for his allowed claim, or the dividend thereon, and execution may be issued on such order, as upon a judgment, in favor of each creditor, and the same proceeding may be had under such execution as under execution in civil actions. The personal representative is liable therefor, on his bond or other form of security provided for the faithful performance of his trust, to each creditor.
