Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 3502

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Probate: Proving a will
ardians are either general or special. A general guardian is a guardian of the person or of the general estate of the ward within this Territory, or of both. Every other is a special guardian.
