Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 3901

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Probate: Proving a will
y person who has been declared insane, or for whom a guardian has been appointed as an insane or incompetent person, or the guardian or any relative or friend, may apply, by petition, to the Superior Court, to have the fact of his restoration to capacity judicially determined. The petition must be verified, and must state that such person is then sane or competent.
