Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 4210

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Probate: Proving a will
action for the recovery of any property sold by a guardian can be maintained by the ward or any person claiming under him, unless commenced within three (3) years after the termination of the guardianship, or, when a legal disability to sue exists by reason of minority or otherwise at the time the cause of action accrues, within three (3) years after the removal thereof.
