  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Probate: Proving a will
the guardian neglects or refuses to file the inventory within the time prescribed, the court, upon notice, may revoke his letters and he shall be liable on his bond for any injury to the estate or any person interested therein, arising from such failure.
