- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Probate: Proving a will
e removal may be ordered after such notice to the guardian as the court or a judge thereof may require; and the court may compel him to surrender the estate of the ward to the person found to be lawfully entitled thereto. Pending the hearing, the court or the judge thereof may suspend the powers of the guardian to such extent as deemed necessary.
