There is hereby established the ‘Hero Scholarship Program’ to commemorate the men and women peace officers killed in the line of duty. The Hero Scholarships shall be given to the children of peace officers killed in the line of duty for undergraduate studies at the University of Guam (‘University’), or the Guam Community College (‘College’).
