(a) Free tuition and fees to be paid by the Fund for a period of not more than four (4) years at the University of Guam;

(b) An annual allowance of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) per year for room and board, textbooks and educational supplies to be disbursed monthly in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board. Room and board shall, whenever possible, be at dormitories at the University of Guam.

2019 NOTE: Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3 (Dec. 6, 2012), beginning Award Year 2013-2014, financial assistance awards would be granted only as specified in Chapter 28 of Title 17, GCA. Financial assistance will no longer be granted under this program.
