shall be the duty of the Board to adopt and place into effect for the public schools of Guam, rules and regulations requiring students, at a suitable time during school sessions, to pledge allegiance to the United States flag and to the nation for which it stands. Such pledge shall be in the following words:
“”I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands; one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.””
