e Board is authorized to institute a program within the Department of Education to be entitled, “”Volunteers in Education.”” The Board shall, by its policies, make needful rules and regulations for the utilization of said volunteers in education within the DOE. The Board is authorized to obtain liability insurance coverage for said volunteers.
