e District Boards of Education shall provide a policy for the part-time limited attendance of non-public school students inpublic schools for the purpose of exposing said students to specific subjects not generally available in the non-public schools. This Section shall be liberally construed to achieve its objective of providing maximum educational opportunity for all students regardless of whether they attend public or non-public schools.
