(a) The words “”limited company””, “”limited liability company”” , or their abbreviation “”L. C.””, or L.L.C. , shall be the last word of the name of every limited liability company formed under the provisions of this chapter; and, in addition, the limited liability company name may not be the same as, or deceptively similar to, the name of a limited liability company, or a foreign limited liability company, authorized to transact business in Guam, or a name the exclusive right to which is, at the time, reserved in the manner provided under the laws of Guam.
(b) Omission of the words “”limited company””, “”limited liability company””, or their abbreviation “”L.C.””, or “”L.L.C.””, in the use of the name of the limited company shall render any
person who participates in the omission, or knowingly acquiesces in it, liable for any indebtedness, damage, or liability occasioned by the omission.
