  • Grantor: The person who establishes a trust and places property into it.
The last section includes covenants “of warranty,” “for quiet enjoy- ment,” or for further assurance on the part of a grantor, and covenants for the payment of rent, or of taxes or assessments upon the land, on the part of the grantee.
