- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any authorized Safe Haven personnel or Safe Haven facilitator who violates a mother’s right to anonymity or confidentiality under § 13504 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is punishable by confinement for a term not to exceed six (6) months, by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), or by both.
