Terms Used In 19 Guam Code Ann. § 2117
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who denies or interferes with admittance to or enjoyment of the public facilities as specified in Ԥ 2114 and 2115 or otherwise interferes with the rights of a totally or partially blind person or other disabled person under Ԥ 2114, 2115 and 2116 shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
