The public park in Municipality of Piti bounded on the south by Hoover Park and delineated in Public Works Drawing No. E4-
629-582, is hereby named the Pedro C. Santos Memorial Park in
honor of and as a lasting memorial to the late Pedro C. Santos, a member of the Guam Legislature who unselfishly devoted much of his public service to the betterment of the Municipality of Piti.
