Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 19102

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
Occupancy for the period prescribed by Title 7 of this Code as sufficient to bar an action for the recovery of the property, confers a title thereto, denominated a title by prescription, which is sufficient against all.
