- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Purchaser’s funds obtained prior to issuance of final reports shall be refunded if there is any change in the condominium building plans subsequent to execution of the contract requiring approval of the Building Official, unless purchaser’s written approval or acceptance of the specific change is obtained.
