Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 45153
- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
No civil or criminal actions shall be brought by the government of Guam pursuant to this Chapter more than one (1) year after the discovery of the facts upon which such actions are based or ten (10) years after completion of the sales transaction involved, whichever has first occurred.
