invited by the Chairperson of the Council to participate in the work of the Southern River Erosion Council; and

(r) three (3) representatives of private landowners along the Talofofo River, the Ugum River, the Namo River, the Manenggon River, or any other river in southern Guam experiencing serious erosion problems.

ARTICLE 7
AGRICULTURAL LEASES
[REPEALED BY OPERATION OF LAW, P.L. 15-018:14]

NOTE: This Article was added as uncodified law by P.L. 15-018 (April 18,
1979), and codified by the Compiler into the Government Code and subsequently, the Guam Code Annotated. Section 14 of this public law, codified as 21 Guam Code Ann. § 68714, provided that the entire article was to be “”repealed upon the convening of the Chamorro Land Trust Commission.”” P.L. 15-018:14. The commission held its first meeting in March 1993, and thus, the entire article was repealed by operation of law.
