Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 76303

  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Subject to any statute of the United States and any vested riparian rights, the title to all bottoms of navigable water withinGuam’s boundaries and the title to any underwater historic property living on or under such bottoms is declared to be in Guam, and such bottoms and underwater historic properties shall be subject to the exclusive dominion and control of Guam.
