ere is hereby established the Ronnie Tavares Memorial Trophy to be awarded annually to the most outstanding Guam Major League Player, as determined through balloting by the league’s players and coaches. This trophy shall be maintained by the Department of Parks and Recreation, who shall engrave or cause to be engraved names of recipients of such trophy. In addition, a replica of the trophy shall be awarded to the annual winner as a permanent token of his accomplishments.
