The Council shall establish programs to aid in the maintenance of a natural ecology and preservation of the beauty and natural resources of the territory of Guam. The Guam Ecology Corps shall utilize its members for the purpose of protecting the natural resources of the territory of Guam, which is included, but not limited to forest, grasses, vegetation, soil, air, water, and wildlife.
