The purpose of the Legislative Agencies Fund is to provide a fund for the operation of the independent agency of the Legislative Branch, namely, the Suruhanu. All appropriations made to the independent agency of the Legislature and all other funds received by each of them shall be placed into the Legislative Agencies Fund. All expenditures, for whatever purpose, made by the independent agencies of the Legislature shall be taken from the Legislative Agencies Fund.
