The regular session of the Guam Legislature convening on the second Monday in January in the year 1951 shall be designated the First Guam Legislature, 1951 Regular Session; the regular session convening on the second Monday in January in the year
1952 shall be designated as First Guam Legislature, 1952 (Second), Regular Session. Thereafter, the same procedure shall be followed for the Second Guam Legislature (convening for the first time on the second Monday in January in the year 1953) and for each succeeding Legislature thereafter.
