It shall be the responsibility of the Board to prepare and promulgate informational brochures providing basic information pertaining to the establishment of the Chamorro Registry, eligibility requirements, guidelines for registration, and any other such information as the Board shall deem necessary for the purposes of educating the general public. The content of the brochures shall be subject to approval by the Commission and by I Maga’låhen Guåhan. Such brochures shall be made available at the main office of the Commission, from registration clerks, and at other locations recommended by the Board and approved by the Commission.
