The Commission, with which declarations of candidacies and nominating petition papers are required to be filed, shall keep a
record in which shall be entered the name of the candidate or nominee, the title of the office, the party, if applicable, and time of filing.
It shall maintain in its office, for a period of ten (10) years, all declarations and nominating papers filed in accordance with this Chapter.
